Yes indeed! Desiring to take birth in Vrindavan in the next life is very very nice, and just sprouting of this desire in the heart itself means that the seeker has a lot of guru kripa and blessings of Divine Couple.
However, Rasika Acharyas add depth to even this brilliant thought (for sincere seekers). They say that as one goes deeper, even this thought holds no value to the sincere seekers!
As heard from Rasika Acharyas, if one chant sincerely and intensely, fully surrenders to the Divine Couple and dives further in Vrindavan Prema Rasa by guru kripa, then the only thing that remains in the seeker's heart is the remembrance of Divine Couple.
When that remembrance intensifies further and gets thickened, the eternal constitutional position of the seeker sprouts directly in their heart by the mercy of guru tattva.
The stages of bhajan (devotion) namely shraddha, sadhu sanga, bhajan kriya, anartha nivritti, asakti, ruchi, bhav, prema are beautifully described in Madhurya Kadambini (written by Vishwanath Cakravarti Thakur Prabhupada). The full constitutional position sprouts in the heart of seeker at the prema stage.
At this stage, the seeker is already in Nitya Goloka Vrindavan and now just acts as an instrument of Lord.
This is something which is unveiled by due course of sincere chanting of shudh nama with utmost greed, urgency, desperation and desire for vraj-prema-bhakti.
