Why not to see even good quality in anyone?

This discussion might be relevant for all but might resonate much better with those who are chanting 16 rounds of Hare Krishna Mahamantra or are practising devotional service in the Vaishnav Marg (path).

So, Rasika Acharyas mention it again and again that a sincere seeker who is aspiring for topmost vraj-prema-bhakti should even refrain from seeing the good quality in others!

The eventual conclusion of Bhagavad Gita (18.66) is to meditate on Krishna at all times and every single moment. As one goes deeper, this meditation shifts to the Divine Couple in Vrindavan accompanied by Their female friends. As it goes concrete and the devotee advances spiritually, this meditation is in context to the seeker's original eternal constitutional position with the Divine Couple and their guru tattva.

The thickened form of bhajan is Jit Dekho Titi Shyama Shyam (Wherever the seeker sees, they find only their dear Radharani and Krishna). At such a stage, the seeker sees their Divine Couple everywhere and every single moment internally, even though, externally, they might be just behaving normally in order to execute their occupational duty.

Until one has reached such a state by kripa (mercy) of Rasika Acharyas, they should definitely rework their mind back onto meditation (chintan) of Radharani and Krishna again and again (Please note that meditating on guru tattva is also same as meditating on Divine Couple, and fruit of this would be the nirantar or constant remembrance of Divine Couple as the devotee advances further).

Btw, meditating on Radharani and Krishna is not even possible for even 30 seconds without sincere chanting of holy names. Many devotees admit that they find it very very tough to meditate on Krishna. Even if they don't admit, this is how it is unless they are at the asakti stage! Rasika Acharyas say that this is due to lack of name japa and nama sankirtan.

It is easier to sit and work for 10 hours straight, but the beauty will be when one can sit and meditate on Radharani and Krishna without any distraction for even 1 minute. It's not possible at an early stage of bhajan-kriya unless by kripa (mercy) of Rasika Acharyas and past life karmas.

One should focus exclusively on their inner bhajan and try to see Radharani and Krishna in everyone. It doesn't come in one day and a sincere seeker needs to practice it. Doing nama intensely guides the way from within to the sincere seekers.

Demystifying the Mystical Vrindavan Book Ad on site

The book 'Demystifying The Mystical Vrindavan' is the essence and crux of this entire website.

If you are considering to dive into the final goal of our Vedic Scriptures and spiritual life, and if Radharani inspires you, do get a copy of the book .

Whenever one looks for the good in others, the bad quality of other's will automatically be seen in due course of time. And when this happens, our bhajan gets halted and paused, and hence a sincere seeker should focus ONLY on their goal of madhurya prema bhakti.

Anyway, this material world is dukhalayam asasvatam (place of miseries) as repeated in Vedic Scriptures again and again. Unless connected to Krishna, Radharani and Vrindavan, everything (yes everything) is a headache and is bound to disappoint. Even if the initial happiness is there, it hardly takes some time for it to turn to poison. Every one of us might have experienced it time and again. This is happiness in the mode of passion (Read about there modes of happiness here as mentioned in Bhagavad Gita 18.37-39).
