How to transcend the attraction of the material world?

The moment the mind flickers from the Lotus Feet of Divine Couple and Gurujana, it gets entangled in it's false stories. The sadhaka (seeker) out of ignorance, thinks of the material world as valuable, seeks pleasure (ramaniyata) due to false knowledge, develops a desire to enjoy it (sukh lalsa) and thus his attachment (rati) increases like a blazing fire.

Rasikjana teach that the moment the mind starts valuing the material world, immediately it should be reminded that it is a temporary manifestation of energy of Divine Couple. Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur Prabhupada, dearmost Guru Maharaj of our Srila Prabhupada always used to state that this world is full of misery and not fit for any sane gentleman.

The holy name of the Lord is all powerful and non different from Krishna Himself. The repeated chanting of the all auspicous Hare Krishna Mahamantra will protect and guide the helpless sadhaka banking on Guru Kripa. It will free the seeker from the shackles of material illusion and instead provide intense greed, attachment and pure devotional service unto Nikunj Vilasini Yugal Kishor Sri Radha Shyamsundar.

Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent there is no endurance, and of the existent there is no cessation. This seers have concluded by studying the nature of both.
Bhagavad Gita (2.16)
